Homeless and Social Justice Advocacy Committee
The mission of the Palms Neighborhood Council Committee on Homeless and Social Justice Advocacy Committee is to inform and educate Palms stakeholders on the issues of homelessness and social justice in our community, to facilitate connections for individuals and families to available resources, and to support and promote volunteerism in Palms, including emergency preparedness. The Committee also serves as a voice and liaison between the people of Palms and Los Angeles city government agencies to establish excellent working relationships and improve responsiveness to the needs of Palms residents who are experiencing housing insecurity.
Committee appointment is open to Palms stakeholders. Meetings are open to the public. The committee chair can be contacted at hasja@palmsnc.la.

Committee Meetings
The committee meets at 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on the 2nd Friday of the month at Fire Station 43: 3690 Motor Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90034.
