SUMMARY:Working Session to Fill Out RSO Rent Registry Forms
DESCRIPTION:This month’s RSO offering will be working sessions to provide assistance to landlords and property managers in filling out the 2018 RSO Rent Registry forms. The Los Angeles City Council enacted the Rent Registry Ordinance (#184529) effective October 4\, 2016. This Ordinance provides that landlords must submit rent amount and tenancy information on a form prescribed by HCIDLA for every rental unit subject to the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO). In order to timely complete the annual registration and receive a 2018 Registration Certificate\, the rent registration and payment of fees must be completed by February 28\, 2018. These workshops will provide assistance to landlords in completing the rent registration.
