DESCRIPTION:What? 1st Annual Halloween Block Party complete with music\, games\, snacks and your favorite Palms neighbors. Costumes highly recommended for entry into the human and canine costume competitions going on that weekend! (cc Palms Paws Club and the Motor Ave Improvement Association!)\nWhy? Because its Halloween and Fall and the perfect time to hang. Why not?!\nWhere? Keystone Ave\, between Palms and Tabor. The street will be closed down to through traffic so please walk\, bike\, or scoot your way down.\nWhen? Oct. 26th from 2-6pm.
