STATEMENT
The Palms Neighborhood Council categorically opposes the use of
physical aggression, sexual violence, and assault without exception.
We also condemn confrontation with Stakeholders. The Palms
Neighborhood Council will always do everything in its power to hold
accountable members who violate the Code of Conduct to the extent
City laws and policies allow.
