Registration is open for this year’s Congress of Neighborhoods, happening Saturday September 28th at Los Angeles City Hall! The Congress is the LA Neighborhood Council system’s biggest event, bringing together over 1,000 local leaders each year for a day of workshops and networking with City officials and other NC members.
