Neighborhood Team Program

The communities of Palms, Westside Village HA, and Mar Vista have partnered with the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) to host a virtual Neighborhood Team Program presentation series.  The Neighborhood Team Program (NTP) combines the training taught by the LAFD Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), the block-level organization of Ready Your L.A. Neighborhood (RYLAN), and the community Neighborhood Watch groups to create a comprehensive self-sufficient grass-roots response group prepared to handle any disaster.
